Time out checking for upgrades in MC manager

Gui Total Posts: 588 Joined: 2008-03-09 Ignore user	I was wondering if people are experiencing problems loading the Magento connect manager and checking for upgrades. Mine seems to stall for ever. In Firefox it times out and in Internet Explorer only displays possible upgrades after about 5 minutes. Two days ago everyting was fine. Is it something on the Magento connect server or my own? I’m on a semi-dedicated server running 1.1.6. Signature -- Store proudly hosted by Properhost.net on a LightSpeed server. Not affiliated just a satisfied customer.
