Hi in the boxes.css try replacing your .mini-search tag with this

.mini-search {
background
:transparent url(../images/mini_search_bg.gifno-repeat scroll 0 0;
float:left;
height:30px;
padding:1px 20px 0 40px;
position:relative;
width:300px;
margin-left:200px;
}

I also noticed that the content is centered and the header is not, so when the window is resized the two parts aren’t properly aligned.

Your product line is breaking my concentration wink

It looks fine in both IE and Firefox, did you fix it? Also to edit the header portion do a search in boxes.css for .header. If your using Firefox, download the developers tool kit or Firebug, it will show you the tags of each div, very useful tool.
