I’ll have a configurable product SHOE with associated all its variations of colors/size.

Magento’s default for color selection is a Dropdown.
Some extensions allow me to change the dropdown into graphic thumbnail.

But what i need is to actually read the image from the child product and display it as the option selection.

is there any extension doing this?
or can you suggest on what would the ideal approach be, so then i can look into it myself?

Did you ever find out how to do this?

I’m trying to do a similar thing but with picture frames - can’t find anything that can do it as nice as that Vans site.

Anyone else got any ideas?
