I have just made the first stable release of my open source affiliate management package, Affiliates for All.  This product grew out of a discussion on this thread: http://tinyurl.com/3qdm8d .  However, it has now become much bigger, and has its own homepage at http://www.affiliatesforall.org/ .

Affiliates for All 1.0.0 has rough feature parity with products like JAM, and it includes a Magento integration and a 40-page manual.
