If you have a product, for example:

the reviews are on:

http://www.SITE.com/review/product/list/id/4/category/5/

What the? Why is this? The same problem with tags.

Currently those urls don’t appear to be rewritten - at this time we have restricted access (for search engines) to those urls via robots.txt and / or nofollow - because of those reasons. This is our personal choice though not necessarily a recommendation.
