Install magento, I configure e-mail address, but the front desk customer can not receive messages after registration. Do the background to set the e-mail password? Where to set?

I’d check it with your hosting provider first. You don’t need to configure anything like passwords for just sending e-mails like registration confirmation to frontend customers.
