I upgraded from 1.4.0.1 to 1.4.1.1 and it seems that the database updates did not fully upgrade.  I was missing many tables which I was able to add but it appears that orders moved from sales_orders to sale_flat_orders.  Now I don’t see my old orders in the upgraded platform.  It looks like everything else is working.  Does anyone have a good idea on how I might restore these orders?  I would love some sql quote that could do this for me.
