Magento

I uploaded Magento on my Windows hosting. When I access the URL to start the installation process, the agreement page opens. When I accept the agreement and click “Continue”, an error is displayed. The error message is: “Service is unavailable”.

I checked the internet connection and it is working and there is no problem with my hosting also. Please let me know what is the problem.
