Magento

I’ve seen this done on a few sites and would like to know how to implement. 

Selling a pair of shoes, with colors:red,blue,green. 

In a drop down, if custom chooses red, main image changes to an image of red shoes, if customer chooses blue shoes, image changes to an image of blue shoes, ect....

Any ideas?
