I need to import/export products to my Magento Store. The thing is I have no idea how DataFlow works and my skills are not good.

If I give the .xls file with the format I need, how much could someone make it work with Magento?

How much do you take?

Hello,

The file has to contain required information for products - please export some sample products and see how the file looks like.
You can either import CSV files or Excel XML files.  There are ready-made profiles for importing products.
