I disable centinel from system/configuration/advance/advance and worked! Thank you guys for the tip.

Try disabling the Centinel module in System->Advaned->Advanced. Works and the centinel files are still laying around just in case.

This works.
Using 1.4.1.1 updated

This worked for me when all else failed in Modern Theme ver. 1.4.1.1.  Thanks!

I’m running 1.5.0.1 and found that the ONLY way to get Magento to allow users to complete transactions is to disable the Centinel module.

Is anyone able to run a store with Centinel enabled, or know what task this module handles?

I’m running into the same problem. I disabled the centinal module, which skips the card verification, but there’s no button to complete the order.

Thanks it’s really work for me...... i have to delete “centinel” folder from template and copy paste new latest version “centinel” folder now it’s work properly.
