Is the support still alive in this forum?

I tried to install ship templates but even the banner can’t be showed up.

I’m new to magento system.I was wondering if there is any place I can find the instrcution for installing this templates.I opened the site the readme includes.It doesn’t work properly.

I have uploaded this bluescale theme downloaded today but it appears to be different only in firefox my version of ff is 5.0
any ideas what must have been wrong.. attached print screen

Solved the firefox had cache problems\

once you delete the cache everything seems to be ok

How do we add “we also recommend” (like upsells) in tab format next to product tags

Please any help on this would be great.

Finally got every thing working at this theme check out at http://powermart.net

Looks like my slider info in content part of my home section was removed (my daughter is playing on the comp all the time ), could anyone please post me the code here? I tried to type there the code I see in the image in slider change information, but it is probably not complete. I had just following left <p> {{block type="catalog/product_list" template="catalog/product/home.phtml" category_id="HomeProductsCategoryID" column_count="5"}}</p>

Any chance for a little help? I love the theme, but am wondering, how I can get the short description to appear on the site next to the product images?

I have chosen your Magento theme BLUESCALE for my shop, and there are a few issues I cannot deal with by myself, so I need some help.

1. I can’t change those sliding pictures on a main page. I saw the instruction, but in my Magento admin I don’t see “home page content” and that’s why I cannot “press “Hide Editor” button.” Am I not looking the right way? What is the proper way to enter this section?

2. Those sections in the bottom are great, but how can I translate them into my language, where can I fill in the information in those I leave to stay, and how can I delet some of them??

3. How can I add a text block or text+picture block right below the sliding pictures?

4. Where do I change text in a row right below the menu? (by default it says “Get your 30% OFF!On all Order over $500")

5. How can I add and change banners on the left side?

6. Is there some instruction or documentation or guide to your theme?

Will appreciate your answer alot, because I have to launch ASAP, and I am not really a professional in programming, and it’s my own and first online store, and I have never ever dealt with Magento or any other e-commerce system other way than a customer…

I m just install magento 1.6.1.0 and BlueScale theme. It is nice theme.
But I need help please.

1) When I open product card I do not see SHORT DESCRIPTIONS. Why if I have this desciption in backend?

Can you help to me, and sent me correct file for product card?

2) I have AUCTOIN module and the link is visible in customer links when I use default theme. If I change theme to BlueScale the AUCTION link in customer menu missing.

How I can place here customer links from default magento theme?

Hi

you can check/edit the file.

frontend/default/bluescale/template/catalog/product/view.phtml

Add these codes just above add to cart div and see if it makes any difference and flush all cache and even browser and then check if you get the short desc accordingly adjust where u want to have.

Work it:
Im just ask myself why they do not repair the code in this file.

But, Im still dont know how I can get back the customer link container from default magento theme. BlueScale theme not work properly like default theme. The links (My Card / wishes / my basket etc..) have different sequence and do not show my instaled module AUCTIONS.
Dont know why, but when I change to default theme I see the link for auctions in the customer navigation menu right. But if I switch to BlueScale I loose the link.

Something wrong in topLinksCustom… But where it is saved and what I must rewrite? Huh I spend many hours try change it but without success.

When I edit static block in magento (ver 1.6.2.0) admin for bluescale footer_links block, then an error message appears like ”A block identifier with the same properties already exists in the selected store.”

How do I correct this error? Please help!
