An idea to develop newsletter functionality. An ability to have newsletter target groups based on for example gender, country, language, etc.
A group should have rules that give the needed target group for any newsletter sent out. Like field gender = male or gender <> male
Similar to this, we have had clients ask for Newsletter functionality targeted at customer groups so that they may let certain customer groups know of certain specials coming up specific to their customer groups pricing tier.
By customer group sounds like a good idea.
How about also by product purchased, like I suggest here: http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/19145/ for customer export.
Obviously the above only related to customers and not guests.
I am sure these have been suggested before, but being about to sort by: - number of orders - date of last order etc would be very helpful.
Help...I can’t seem to manage orders in Magento? How do you handle your order statuses? Please comment here.
