Hello

I would like upgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.6.

I have upgraded files one by one (because I have a lot of customization).

I would like to know how to upgrade the database
(with

$installer $this;   $installer->startSetup();
$installer->run("...")  )

I have created a new file like that :

require 'app/Mage.php';

$app Mage::app('');
$installer $this;   $installer->startSetup();
$installer->run("......

I have an error message and I don’t know what to put before “$installer=$this;”. Please help me.

Thanks

Have you been customizing the core Magento files, or just the theme, either modern or default? If it’s just the theme, you could easily clone the theme directory under a new name and perform the upgrade, your original theme files would then remain intact. You’d only have to change the theme pointers in the administration control panel (under ‘web’).
