I have a problem with the modulue.

I’m in test mode on both Magento and on the Cybersource site. I have SOAP installed in my PHP.ini and I’m using IIS. I can get through the entire checkout process but when I click process order, I get a spinning logo (I assume it’s some AJAX app) and then it’s just stops. I don’t get redirected to the completed order page. It obviously doens’t post the order, I don’t get any output from Cybersource (no authorizations) and I don’t get any error messages. Is there any place I can look for error messages? Thanks for the help in advance.

I’m currently using a SOAP generated on the test side of Cybersource.

Hi Thaiphoon Kitty,

u can enable debug for your extension and look into debug table in your database for this extension.

I’ve done that and the table is empty. Are they any other ways to debug. I really want to get this working.

Hi,

if table is empty then checkout process even did try to send request for gateway. Did you tried to checkout using others payment methods (gateway like PayflowPro) ?

That throws an error as it should saying that I have a invalid vendor id which is true since I don’t have an vendor id. Do you know what could be problem as to why the cybersource gateway isn’t communicating? I figured it was not sending info to the gateway at all. Please help.

Hi,
please check if openssl extension is enabled for your php installation (in php.ini file).
Hope this will help you.
