How do I create a separate order email for internal use?

Basically this is what I want to happen. A customer orders a product on our site. They receive the normal order confirmation email. At the same time, the system sends a packing slip formatted email to our warehouse.

Obviously, I don’t want to send the packing slip email to our customer, as it would just confuse them, but that would be the simplest solution.
