Google Checkout merchant calculated shipping admin not working [RESOLVED]

purplemine Total Posts: 143 Joined: 2008-05-20 London Ignore user	Hi, Since upgrading to 1.1.5 I can no longer add any methods except Flatrate to the Allowed Methods in the Google Checkout API menu.
