Magento Installed But Can’t Access The Admin or The Login Portion

I am very new to magento and have been blown aways withy the demo site provided but magento. I am having the hardest time getting it to function correctly. I finally got the whole thing installed but none of the backend is working. Can someone help me figure out the problem?

I get a 404 message http://www.cnsdentalproducts.com/magento/

Derkious: Obvious some files and directories are missing!! Try to upload again.. keep an eye on your FTP programs error messages.

Did you install full or light? Do you have enough space left on your host?
