Hello,

In my checkout process, when I select at Billing Information (the first step) ‘use this address for shipping’, the checkout works.
However, when I select ‘ship to other address’ and select an address at shipping information (second step) and click on continue, I can see ‘next step is loading’ but nothing happens.

Did someone already have such a problem? I made some minor changes to the checkout so I’m not sure if it’s my fault…
Could someone tell me what’s a good way to debug this? I’ve tried allready quite a long time but I didn’t find the problem.

I hope the names of the steps ecc. are correct because I translated it from german.

Hi,
If you’re using Firefox, you can use firebug.
You should look to ajax requests, maybe something wrong there.

Thankks for the tip. However, I have already tried to find something with firebug, without success.
I did also not change anything to the js, so I don\\\’t think it\\\’s a js problem. I did install the noregion-extension, but I already tried to deactivate this extension and it didn\\\’t help…

Can you please explain how you fixed this. I am having the exact same problem.
