Where if there is a return the customer is issued a return authorization # / ticket through the system? If not are there any plans for this to be added? I think it’s pretty integral to a current e-comm solution.
This feature is not currently available out of the box with Magento but you can enter a random number like this in the notes of an order in the admin section.
