Cannot finalise shipment or add tracking number (v 1.1.4)
I can create a shipment from an order, but part of the shipment screen is missing, which means I cannot actually ship the product (i.e. Submit Shipment). I cannot add a tracking number either. See attached - you can see the bottom of the browser; I have blocked out the customer details.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so did you find a solution?
Does anyone at the Magento Team know what might be happening here?
Please note that this was a fresh install from Magento v. 1.1 and always upgraded through Magento Connect.
