Hello, i must say great project cant wait to see what else you have in store.

Now down to the problem, as the image shows in explorer my header shows fine but in firefox there is a gap that shouldn’t be there. I’ve been through all of the css files and looked over and over the code but i cant work it out so i thought i would request a little help from the community.

If you have any ideas please let me know because this is the last little detail thats keeping me from going live!

Im using the modern theme and also the latest versions of explorer and firefox.

Thanks

T.a.C

Without seeing your code it’s hard to tell. I had a similar header problem with a Shopify store I was working on and chalked it up to simple rendering differences between the two engines. I chose the css way…

#header
{
background: #FFFFFF;
margin:-4px 0 0 0 ;
border:0;width:786px;

}

*:first-child+html #header
{
margin:2px 0 0 0;
}

of serving a seperate rule to ie. (the second one) You may want to use a conditional comment and put it in a separate stylesheet for ie quirks.

Try the tricks on this website, generally it irons out all the differences: http://anthonyshort.com.au/blog/comments/how-to-get-cross-browser-compatibility-everytime/
