If I install this module, all orders made with saved CC can’t be seen and the following error was thrown out:

If I uninstall it, the order made with saved CC can be seen again.

I don’t know anybody can repreduce this.

It is not an issue for me, as I won’t use both of them and saved CC only used for testing the site.  But I don’t know whether it affect other part of the magento?

we are getting the same issue + these other issues:

1) When the card details are entered - it always throws an error stating invalid expiry date - then if you choose the expiry date again (same) it works fine.

2) On clicking continue after entering all of the payment information the page just goes back to the shipping part of the one page checkout and you cannot proceed any further.

any help / guidance would be appreciated

we are on v1.16

I am receiving this same error, in fact in my case there is no ccsave_b4.phtml file in existance.

Am I missing the file completely? Or is this a genuine error?
