My RSS feeds don’t work.

On backend and frontend the same message:

Error in processing xml. Warning: domdocument::domdocument() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in C:\xampp\htdocs\magento\lib\Zend\Feed\Abstract.php on line 95

Any idea? Or perhaps someone found a solution
