I have try install magento 0.6.13700 but i have a error as:  PHP Extension “dom” must be loaded

Hm..  dom is actually part of php core and is enabled for most of distributions.
If you don’t have it, most probably it is a custom compilation.
You will need to recompile php including --with-dom argument.
