Magento

OK, I’ve been through all the tutorials and design guide.  I have loaded both Firebug and the Developer Toolbar.  I cannot get the Cache Control to stay “Disabled”.  So each time I try to adjust my Header height it does nothing.  I am pretty green so if I’ve missed something please let me know.

The header properties are in Boxes.CSS correct??
