When I set the transactional emails (yes I’m set to en US and they are all set correctly in sales emails etc) and they are in HTML format (loading and then editing to reflect store name etc) they will not send. They actually stop the order from being sent in the frontend although the order shows up in the backend.
But when I convert them to a text format they work fine. But text based email just isn’t as pretty and things like the order table in the new order email still uses html formatting. Is this a magento issue (from reading in the forums it seems as though there are issues in general with the email system)? Or something I’m doing on my end?
And to further confuse matters, the recover password sends in HTML format perfectly.
