Hi Guys

I was following the guide on “How Do I Set Up Table Rate Shipping” located on
http://www.magentocommerce.com/knowledge-base/entry/how-do-i-set-up-table-rate-shipping. I got to the point where it was time to upload the CSV file , but I notice the file upload option is not available, so how do i got about doing things now?.

Im using the latest version 1.1.3.

Many thanks in advanced smile

Guys, I’m having the same problem. I can’t finds the actual ‘Upload’ button. I can Export the CSV file, edit it and click ‘browse’ to fond my updated file… but there’s no ‘upload’ button to submit this file?? I’ve tried just hitting ‘Save Config’ but when I export the CSV again it’s still the same empty default file.

So how to I upload the adjusted table rate CSV file?

You need to select on top left drop down your main or required shop…

Hi, thanks for reply. I have chosen my website on the top left. See picture attached.

If I browse, select my file (as shown), and then click ‘Save Config’ ... nothing changes. I don’t get any error message and it looks like the file doesn’t upload.

Is there supposed to be an ‘upload’ button?

Should I get an error message if there was a problem with my CSV file?

My problem was solved by avoiding Microsoft Excel entirely. (I’m adding this note incase anyone else has these problems.)
If I opened the file in Excel it wouldn’t work.  I assumed that if I re-saved the file in a plain text editor afterwards that it would be same as if I had edited it in plain text. Not so - my version of Excel obviously let some hidden characters or formatted it in a way that wasn’t compatible.

I downloaded the blank CSV shipping file from Magento, then opened it in a plain text editor and it worked fine. Avoid Excel completely.
