in order to ask for this module.

If a lot of their customers ask for the extension, they will do it. They are the first interested in this, believe me.

Moneybookers has decided not to develop a module for Magento. Confirmed from the people at Moneybookers.

So a customer has to perform a Moneybookers transactions after the checkout within an iframe and we have to implement this…

I don’t recommend you an iframe. This way you can’t track if order has been paid or not, or if customer has been redirected.

I am waiting also for a moneybookers module but it won’t arrive until a programmer needs to do it. I have asked to moneybookers directly, and searched for a programmer with no success. It is a pity, because the API from Moneybookers is more functional and complete tan paypal’s but at this moment there is no way to solve this.

You can always look another ways of payment, or maybe other stores… it is extremely easy to implement moneybookers in virtuemart, for example.

Hm, on which side does the problem (or difficulty of an integration) exist, at Moneybookers or at Magento? Information about positive payments can be done by email within the Moneybookers IFrame…

A shop like virtuemart is not really an option, because it is based on Joomla which is not really secure…

Magento hasn’t show interest in develop a module for moneybookers, possibly because magento is an american company and moneybookers an european one.

By default, payment providers never do modules for ecommerce applications.

Doing a payment module for magento requires a high knowledge of programmation, and also a strong inversion in time.

Hoping for a solution arrives soon… after losing more than 500 dollars due to PayPal I would love to get rid of them.

I do not believe Barack will help us ;)…

Maybe the development will start if 3rd party plugins will work in the next releases.
