I don’t recommend you an iframe. This way you can’t track if order has been paid or not, or if customer has been redirected.
I am waiting also for a moneybookers module but it won’t arrive until a programmer needs to do it. I have asked to moneybookers directly, and searched for a programmer with no success. It is a pity, because the API from Moneybookers is more functional and complete tan paypal’s but at this moment there is no way to solve this.
You can always look another ways of payment, or maybe other stores… it is extremely easy to implement moneybookers in virtuemart, for example.

Hm, on which side does the problem (or difficulty of an integration) exist, at Moneybookers or at Magento? Information about positive payments can be done by email within the Moneybookers IFrame…
A shop like virtuemart is not really an option, because it is based on Joomla which is not really secure…
