Great! Slamming innocent people’s websites happens to be one of my spec-i-al-ities!
First 8 negative things I notice.
1. I have no idea what you’re selling until I see the tiny text under the big slideshow.
2. How did you manage to get the zoom slider to operate in reverse (i.e., zoom out as you slide toward the plus sign)?

3. Do you ship to America? It appears that you do, but I had to dig for it.
4. The placement of the words “Out of Stock” make it appear the item it’s closest to is out of stock, which is clearly not the case.

5. Why should I buy from you? A tagline, at least, would be nice.
6. Got an error message when I tried to add a dress to my “bag” even though it appeared to be in stock
http://autumns.com.au/girls/dresses/mother-maria-belle-dress.html
The requested quantity for “Mother Maria: Belle Dress-8” is not available.
7. Are we talking Australian or US dollars? Couldn’t figure it out.
8. Slideshow on the front page is distracting. Perhaps make the pictures change more slowly.
And naturally, there’s a lot going for it, but pointing out the good things, I think, is ultimately less useful. You know people who stumble across your site will not hang around if there are too many annoyances, so I’m trying to help by quickly giving you my opinion of the “annoyances.”
It looks like you have a flat rate on International shipping, which is probably fine for about half the world or more. Have you considered the risk, however, of shipping to places like Bouvet Island? Might cost many thousands of dollars to hire someone to make a special trip to ship a shirt to the penguins.

As you have just two main categories, you could indeed write “Shop for fashion: Guy’s Range Girl’s Range”. This will do two positive things. It add two keywords to every page (shop and fashion) and it gives a good hint above the fold what this shop is about. The domain name doesn’t give it away so this tweak will help a few who are slow of understanding.
The blue on blue Home, Account etc. links not only lack contrast compared to their background, they are small full stop. Such important features I would make a larger more legible font. Just look around you how many people these days wear glasses. Then think about how many probably haven’t bothered getting glasses yet, mixed in with how many people have crap monitors. It all adds up to needing legible text to satisfy the most people possible.
Pages like this http://autumns.com.au/guys/college-hoodies/index.html have an emtpy left column. Seems odd, as if something is broken.
All pages give me a horizontal scroll in FF3.
These buttons here https://autumns.com.au/customer/account/login/ are just buttons from back in 1995. Default html buttons are soooo not cool.
http://autumns.com.au/returns-policy This page is also weird, with how the text wraps halfway the width.
I’d turn “Our Security” into “Your Security”. Much more important to visitors.
