Hi,
I created a Hebrew version of a store here http://www.pregnantprincess.com/store/ .  Can someone please explain why is it that downloading the Hebrew translation from this page http://translations.magentocommerce.com/ works?  When I open these csv files, it looks as if my computer is not recognizing the Hebrew font; all I can see is weird character like this “׳¡׳•’ - and that seems to translate properly on the website.  While, when I found translation files that actually had Hebrew text for the translation, everything on the website remained in English.  Can someone please explain the process?  I would like to be able to customize some of the translated text but am not able to do it since I can’t see the Hebrew characters inside Excel.  Is there a font that needs to be installed?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
