Hi,

I am new developer to this framework and i am trying to customize some sections in Admin module.
Can any one tell me the location of files where i can make changes to customize the queries for the customer module of Admin section in Magento (1.1.2)

in coupen functionality, how a user will come to know about a coupen code.
