Cannot Select Eway Payment Type in the Checkout (v.1.1.2)

After upgrading to version 1.1.2 via a fresh install I installed the eway module through magento connect. The install went through successfully, and I added my eWay configuration details through admin.

When adding a product to the cart and moving through the checkout steps, step 5, Payment Information is not accessible, I am not able to add any credit card information (see attached).

Please note that this extension was working on v 1.0x

Help please?

Hi Jono,

this is not a problem of eWay extension. Seems u have not updated your theme. Please compare original file
app/design/frontend/default/default/template/checkout/onepage/payment/methods.phtml
and same from your theme.

Update: also if u used modern theme as a base for yours. Please in skin/frontend/default/your_theme/js/opcheckout.js
find lines (must be something like from 571 to 574)

if (response.update_section) {
            $('checkout-'+response.update_section.name+'-load').innerHTML = response.update_section.html;
        }

and make them look like

if (response.update_section) {
            $('checkout-'+response.update_section.name+'-load').innerHTML = response.update_section.html;
            response.update_section.html.evalScripts();
        }

Yes this was the case, thanks a lot for your help, please note that I did use the modern theme as a base, however I downloaded the latest version of the modern theme and modified from there.
