This payment module just accepts any credit card number and says the transaction was successful. However, nothing ever shows up in my LinkPoint Connect account. Even the test credit card numbers get accepted in live mode - they shouldn’t.

Mind does exactly the same thing.  No idea why.  Don’t know if you’re having this issue, but I’m getting an error that says:

Payment transaction failed.
Reason
Warning: include(Mage/Paygate/Model/Linkpoint/Request.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/teamh/public_html/shop/app/code/core/Mage/Core/functions.php on line 73

This happens when I have the Payment Action set to Authorize only.  When I set it for Authorize and Capture, it just takes everything and doesn’t authorize at all.  What Gateway URL are you using?

I also noticed that there are two modules listed.  Both written by the same person.  One is free, and the other is $175.00, but they both have the same version number.  Don’t know if there’s a difference, but it seems that there are no responces to anyone’s questions about the issues with this.  I’m hoping someone responds to yours, and now mine.
