In One Page Checkout, when you click on forgot password, it goes to ‘forgotpassword’ page, which is fine but only if after entering the email address and clicked submit, it can direct back to one page checkout. Current setting is it goes to login page.
Ideally, the Forgot Password in the OPC brings up a tooltip /pop up (like the CVV in the Step 5, Payment information), so that customer will continue stay in the OPC page when he tries to recover his password. This is such a small issue, but it helps improve the usability - making few more clicks for customers may resulting an cart abandoning I think.
