The module was changed in order to be compatible with the latest Magento version, Magento 1.1.

Hi,

I just upgraded to magento 1.1 and in the Magento Connect Manager the Ptrotx plugin is at 1.0.12 (beta). However the actions dropdown is empty so I cannot upgrade to the latest version or remove it.

Can you tell me how to manually remove the extension so I can install the latest version?

Thank you.

Adam

I have retested this with maestro and the issue has now changed to “Your credit card can not be authenticated 2000: The authorisation was declined by the bank”

When I look in VSP Admin, it shows

CV2 Value: Not Provided Post Code Value:  Not Provided
Address Numerics:  Not Provided Checks Performed By: Not known

Visa and Mastercard work fine.

And you’re using the test card numbers/postcodes provided by Protx?

No, I am running live with my real Maestro card.

I have used Protx Direct with the same card on a different ecommerce platform and directly on VSP Terminal with no issues.

It looks like the main problem is that the CV2 data is not being transmitted properly, just on Maestro.

Is there a card number you can use to test? Even if it fails it should pass the numbers across.

Have you got secure 3d enabled at your bank’s end?

I am not sure what you are refering to.

It seems that the reason it fails is because the cv2 is not being passed.

I do not have 3d enabled.

I have turned off CV2 and address verification and still get the same result “Your credit card can not be authenticated 2000: The authorisation was declined by the bank”

OK I’ve finished testing and haven’t had any problems with Maestro cards.

One ‘gotcha’ was that 3D secure wasn’t enabled on my the VSP test server, so it was failing (I was looking at the settings on the live server, duh!).

There will probably be an issue with maestro cards depending on your bank, its become mandatory with some banks to have 3d secure enabled for you to be able to process maestro cards. It really depends on who the merchant account is with
