Magento

When I go into Tools->Configuation->Design, I get the following error:

Warning: Mage_Core_Block_Template::include(/home/gordond/public_html/magento/app/design/adminhtml/default/default/template/system/config/form/field/array.phtml) [function.Mage-Core-Block-Template-include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gordond/public_html/magento/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Block/Template.php on line 138

I checked and I do not have directly named Block under the Core directory. 

What should I do?

I upgraded to the stable version of 1.1.1 and this problem went away.
