i tried to search the forums for a solution but couldn’t find one
i’m trying to make a store that sells custom made furniture
let’s say i have a table as a product, this table can have different materials and colors to be made of
i need an attribute that has an image for each material so the user can chose the desired material
it can’t be just a dropdown with the names of the material, but the user must see an image of the material, same thing for the colors
is that possible with magento
Out of the box, with current release and NO customization, no that is not currently possible. I think that there have been some example stores that have launched that did something similar, though can’t remember which ones off hand. This can be achieved, but will take a bit of modification.
