I have to write an article on “the use of design pattern in Magento” but I’m not a programmer with a lot experience and I have difficulty in finding which designs patterns Varien used and where.
Of course I recognize MVC but I think they used others pattern so if you can help me…
Varien programmer team can answer as well

Why don’t you just look at the image folder of Magento?
If you want to look at color schematics, do a print screen and find the exact colors in Photoshop.
Don’t know exactly what you are looking for.

Search for “design pattern in computer science” in google if you want to know more, it’s very interresting for programmer.

I know Magento uses the singleton pattern and the observer pattern.

you could also talk about it’s use of EAV within the database design (rather than the more popular method of Normalization)
