I want to create as special case for certain admin accounts to be able to only SEARCH orders, and not view all of them. That is, they should only be able to see an order if they search for a specific name or order number. Is there any way to hide all of the orders on the orders page unless they’re specifically searched for?

My guess is this is something you would have to custom program.

What I think you would have to do is to add an additional field onto the order table (is_visible maybe) and then modify the grid form to only show values that do not have is_visible active.
