Magento

I was trying to implement “Design Guide - Intro To Layouts - Exercise #1”. As in my case, My Cart section have been move to left column from right column in all pages excepted home page. In home page, My Cart section has been removed from right column but its not showing up in left side as of like other pages. what’s the reason? Help me out!!!
