Hi, I’m getting the following error on one of the sample products “Zolof The Rock And Roll Destroyer: LOL Cat T-shirt”
On the protx testing server you get this message:
This transaction attempt has failed. Please use the Proceed button go back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.
Status: INVALID
Status Detail: 3021 : The Basket format is invalid. The value was 2:Zolof The Rock And Roll Destroyer: LOL Cat T-shirt:1.0000:13.50:0.00:13.50:13.50:Shipping: : : : :5.00.
Then when you get re-directed back to the magento site you receive this message:

I’m getting the same error - any ideas ?
It only happens for configurable products - simple products work fine.

Thanks ... upgraded to 1.1.3 and its resolved the issue
On the Protx form, for “To Pay For”, I am getting “English Payment”. Where can I change or set this ?
Update to above - Ignore, just realised it picks up the name of the store

I’ve got the same error occurring with configurable products, and I have upgraded the Mage_Protx to 1.1.3 (beta) and cleared the cache.
Error is still “ 3021 : The Basket format is invalid. “
Any other advice on what I can do to resolve this? Are there any related modules that need upgrading as well?

hi,
in configuration section you have “Transaction Description” if it will be empty - store name will be used (like in your case). Change it to desirable text.

hi, can u do such thing:
1. enter in Vendor name & Vendor encrypted password some dummy info.
2. enable Debug
3. paste here request_body from protx_api_debug table in your DB after transaction which should result 3021 Error

Yeah, i’m on the latest versions of everything far as I can tell. I ran the check for upgrades yesterday before posting.
