Multiple Stores

redwagon Total Posts: 17 Joined: 2008-07-02 MN, USA Ignore user	The demo shows a drop down at the bottom of the site to change out the stores. But can the different stores have their own domain? My client has 6 different sites he wants to operate from one Admin. Another important question is if you can put in different prices for one product. The price may change according to store. I also read somewhere that Magento can only be hosted on a dedicated server. Is this true?

The price may change according to store. You can have different products with different pricing in each one of the stores and manage them all from one admin. I also read somewhere that Magento can only be hosted on a dedicated server. Is this true? This is not true. Ofcourse this depends on the kind of traffic you expect to have on your site and optimal speed performance. Signature Adi Community Administrator
