Hi all:

Trying to find a thread where someone has been able to insert a terms acceptance checkbox during checkout. We are not using the guest checkout, and we aren’t in Germany, so I’m not sure the existing extension helps us. Can someone len advice if possible? I swear I saw a step-by-step on this last week, but can’t seem to retrieve it now.

Sorry for the bump here, but a “terms acceptance” box is pretty standard fare for an ecommerce solution. Is there any advice as to how this can be solved for english-language sites?

We have issues with this extention and how it interacts with cybersource. Unfortunately, we need another way of doing this. I’m surprised this isn’t a larger priority for magento, as this functionality is needed and expected for online shopping. I’d take this feature over watermarking any day of the week

You don’t necessarily need the German extension.

Enable Terms and Conditions in Configuration -> System -> Checkout ->Checkout Options

Then add each of your conditions in Sales -> Terms and conditions
