On our current site (non-Magento), I open the order through Admin, click Refund, fill out a small form, and submit.  This automatically processes a refund through Authorize.net.

Thanks!

Has this been implemented?  I am using the latest version 1.0.19870.4 (June 18, 2008) and issuing refund seems to be working on the backend however I haven’t seen it showing up at authorize.net just yet.  (was done few mins ago)
Just wondering.

Tho regardless this is a fantastic piece of software.

updates: I have tried again with the newest Magento 1.0.19870.4 (June 18, 2008), so far I have tested refund and here are the results:

- google checkout: refund works (at least with the sandbox)
- authorize.net: nop. still not working.

also I dont see “refund offline” button under “credit memo” . it seems only exist for GCO.  checkout the screencap here.

Just giving this topic some love.  grin I’m running 1.1.4, and creating a credit memo through admin does not send a message to Authorize.net.  Is this supposed to be working?

I don’t think it’s working yet. I hope that and the RMA components will be done soon.
