I posted on the other thread about my first error but I am now receiving this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function uploadAndImport() on a non-object in /home/apgbycom/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Adminhtml/Model/System/Config/Backend/Shipping/Tablerate6.php on line 33

I had that error at first as well. It was to do with the entities again in the xml files.

Double check everything, and make sure there are <tablerateN> sections for every table rate, and that within those, they reference the same N.
