After I run an export where am I supposed to find the actual data? I know it sounds simple, and maybe I’m an idiot, but I don’thave the slightest clue as to where I can access this data.

All I’m trying to do is figure out how to format a file so that I can upload products but I can’t find any info on this.

Hi RobOrr,

You will find the expert data at root//var/export/.

If you don’t find the file /export/ then chmod var to 777.

It’s only available through ftp/command prompt etc. You won’t find the file within the admin pages.

I’m having the same problem with my export not showing up, what did you mean? i don’t understand what you told him he needed to do.
