Just wanting to mention an issue we’re having to see if we can get ideas from the community on how to approach it. Up front, it seems to be an easy issue.
We still aren’t able to figure out why the products are showing up in the catalog and search after trying the following:
- “disabling” the product
- refreshing the cache
- turning visibility to “nowhere” (though this really effects the layered nav)
Any ideas as to what else may be causing the issue? It’s been tested on 3 various computers on, both, PC and MAC platforms.
