The forum is filled with questions that have gone unanswered for months at a time in cases.
Even answers to basic stuff seem lacking - the documentation is incomplete - there is a reference to chapter 12 that doesn’t exist in the user’s guide.
So what should I expect for $500 professional support package?
I don’t think totally neglecting the community user forum is a good strategy for pushing users to purchase support agreements, if that’s what is happening . . .
It appears that the magento community can’t take care of its own . . . which for a new product could spell disaster . . .
Seems like a great product, but having a really hard time finding answers . . . .
