At this stage of development we have created System / Cache management page, which lets you control the cache for different core components of the system.

These are:
1. Configuration XML
2. Layout XML
3. Blocks HTML
4. EAV types and attributes
5. Translations

There are 4 options in dropdown available:
1. Disabled (default)
2. Enabled
3. Clear and Disable
4. Clear and Enable

Having the caches enabled will give serious performance boost.

You should disable or refresh each cache If you are making changes directly to configuration XML, layout XML, PHTML templates or translations.
In 0.6.13110 release if you are editing attributes or attribute sets, you will need to disable or refresh EAV cache.
